With the development of Zhenjing oilfield in deep, producing much wastewater in thewaterlfooding extraction process, which lead to seirous corrosion problems in theinjection-production system,and seirously impact the effect of waterflooding extraction.These birng great economic costs to oilfield.This paper aims to the corrosion problems of wastewater in Zhenjing oilifeld. Throughanalyze the quality of the each oil reservoir produced wastewater, well water, dirlling andcompletion wastewater, to determine the ionic composition and characteirstics of eachwastewater, and do X diffraction analysis for the pipeline corrosion products. Based on thesystematic analysis of the characteirstics of water quality, the univairate factors are calculatedby using grey relational analysis method, to ifnd out the main corrosion inlfuencing factors,and further analysis the corrosion degree of single factor which effect on metal in thesimulation of oilfield wastewater; According to the analysis results of corrosion productsshow that the injection-production system exist the phenomenon of incompatibility andcorrosion fouling, have mixed the well water and each wastewater to do the compatibilitystudy and determine the lowest corrosion rate of the wastewater mixed systems. Through thestatic hanging method to sclecl high eiffciency, environmental proetction type corrosioninhibitor and concentration that is suitable for the quality characteirstics of Zhenjing oilfieldwastewater. Under the condition of the same total amount of inhibitor to do the complexexpeirment and form a complete set of complex system to achicvc signiifcant inhibitioneffect,On the basis of the application feasibility and economic perspective, do the practicalinvestigation, expeirmental research and theoretical analysis of the corrosion problems ofZhenjing oilifeld wastewater, a special inhibition corrosion program has been selected.
