In recent years, the international science and technology circles pay closeattention to supramolecular chemistry research. It not only has important academicsignificance, but also has wide application prospect, and many scientists also eager tofocus it. This paper synthesized7supramolecular compounds which based onN-containing and O-containing ligands, and supramolecular synthons formed byhydrogen bonds play an important role in the network on the constructions of newsupramolecular compound crystals. Compounds1-7were characterized by infraredspectroscopy (IR) and thermogravimetry analysis (TGA). This thesis is divided intofive chapters.In chapter1, we introduce the related concepts and the development ofsupramolecular chemistry research, and make simple introduction on thesupramolecular interactions. At the same time, we briefly clarify several influencefactors of supramolecular self-assembly and the preparation methods ofsupramolecular crystal. Then the research purpose, significance and main conclusionon this thesis were summarized.In chapter2, used raw materials, as well as the characterization and theinstruments used are described.In chapter3,1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic acid/2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid wereapplied to crystallize with tetrazole ligands affording three supramolecular compoundsunder general conditions. They were carried out structural analysis andcharacterization. We explore the effect of hydrogen bonds and supramolecular synthons in these structures. The compounds are:[(C6H5N5)·(C9H6O6)](1)[(C6H5N5)·(C9H6O6)]·2H2O (2)[(C6H5N5)·(C7H6O4)](3)In chapter4,1-methylpiperazine/N,N’-dimethylpiperazine ligands were applied tocrystallize with benzoic acid derivatives affording three new supramolecularcompounds:[(C5H14N22+)·(C7H5O4-)2]·H2O (4)[(C6H16N22+)·(C8H7O3-)2](5)[(C5H14N22+)·(C12H6O42-)]·2H2O (6)under general conditions. They were carried out structural analysis andcharacterization. We explore the effect of hydrogen bonds and supramolecularsynthons in their structures.In chapter5,6-methyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine ligand was applied to crystallizewith3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid affording a new supramolecular compound undergeneral conditions. It was carried out structural analysis and characterization. We alsoexplore the effect of hydrogen bonds and supramolecular synthons in their structures.Finally we summarize the research contents of this chapter.
