The Shiyang River Basin is in the east of HeXi aisle in GanSu province, with little rainfall and fragile ecological environment.With the socio-economic development and the continuous expansion of the irrigated area, the conflicts of water resources escalate, leading to the deteriorating environment in the basin, we must take measures to ensure the water resource to be used properly for long-term Sustainable development.Water resources scheduling is taken reasonable which can achieve the overall regulation of the basin water resources and which is an important means that can use water resources sustainably.Taking the Shiyang River Basin as the research object, based on the data of this Basin, the water resources system is generalized, runoff forecasting model, water demand forecasting model, water resources scheduling model, groundwater simulation model is to be build. the Shiyang River basin water Resources dispatching decision support system is to be build based on GIS with an integrated data and computational model. The main contents of this thesis as follows:(1)The paper introduces the basic situation of the Shiyang River Basin. This basin water resources system is generalized into the network node chart. In this means the basin divided into that includes nine reservoirs,16irrigation district, a control node,12surface water supply channels,16channels of groundwater supply, three water diversion channels.16withdrawal of water channels.(2)The water resource system includes runoff forecasting model, water demand forecasting model.water resources scheduling model and groundwater simulation model. Runoff forecasting model provide future month inflow information for each reservoir. The system water demand forecasting model provide future information including agriculture water demand. industry water demand, life water demand and ecological water demand. Based on the runoff prediction information and water demand information, the water resource scheduling model Provide water to industry, living, irrigation and environment Protection accurately, on the quantity of water facing scheduling period Variation Trends; based on each unit information of water resource scheduling model, the groundwater simulation model simulate groundwater Temporal-spatial variations.(3)The Shiyang River Basin water resource scheduling system database including the basis attribute data, the middle data and the results data is established. The basic attribute data includes socio-economic information, water unit information, groundwaler information, water conservancy information, the middle data includes some of the parameters for model needed.The results data includes the runoff forecasting data.the water demand forecasting data, the water resource scheduling data and groundwater simulation data.(4)The decision support system is carried on the overall design,and divided into various sub-function modules which is detailed designed.
