Molecular imprinting is a new separation and analysis method that widely used inmedicine、environment and food safety. This paper take Luteolin as templates to studydifferent factors on the influence of molecularly imprinted polymer preparation includeddispersant、functional monomer、metal ions and stirring speed.In final get the Preparationconditions of MIP and evaluated the performance of MIP. The main research results are asfollows:1.Taked the700rpm as stirring speed through the research of polymer reaction systemstirring speed particle effects,when take Carboxy ethyl cellulose as dispersant,the sizedistribution of MIP is:80mesh is16.6%and below100mesh is83.4%2. The determination result of Luteolin coordination with metal ions show that zincion is suitable that348nm wavelength moved to399nm gradually.3. Determined the MIP preparation condition is that0.5mmoL Luteolin as template,2.5mmoL4-vp as the functional monomer,3.5g Carboxyethylcellulose as the dispersantand ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker by absorption determination.4. Scatchard anaLysis showed that this MIP could recognize Luteolin throughhydrogen-bond interaction,The maximum number of these binding site and the dissociationconstant of MIP towards LuteoLin were1.16mmoL/g and0.027mmoL/g respectively.
