In the near decades, the rubbish-burnt technology has been considerably developed, and the burning techniques and equipments are becoming more and more commercial. As the one of the effective recycled methods to garbage disposal without harm, the rubbish-burnt technology has already become the main rubbish treatment method in the western developed country. At present in our country, the rubbish-burnt technology is just at the ascendant stage, and more and more cities are choosing the rubbish-burnt technology to treat the domestic wastes. Because the exhausted gas in our country is full of more complicated and thin particles, based on the national standard GB18485-2001, the bag dust catcher is required to burn the rubbish. In this paper, comparison and selection of the bag dust catcher for the150t/d rubbish incinerator has been carried out. Through reasonable selection of filter cloth, the homogeneous distribution of the exhaust gas and the component ratio, the good efficiency of the dust remover was guaranteed, and the exhaust gas discharge reached to the low standards.In this article, the city garbage classification and influencing factors were firstly illustrated, with the introduction of the main waste treatment methods:incineration, landfill, composting, and their comparison including the advantages and disadvantages. Then, the physical and chemical properties of garbage incineration gas were analyzed, such as the water content definition, the bulk density, the volatile matter, the ash, the elemental composition, and the low heat value. Through the comparison of several common incineration dust catchers, combined with the national standard, the dust catcher used in this article is selected as the long bag pulse dust collector.According to the design steps, the filter material, bag class, bag accessories were determined, and the filtration area and the number of bags were found according to the calculation of design parameters. Then, according to the calculation of inlet air quantity, the size of the air inlet and outlet and the height of the box body were obtained, where the top box design mainly includes:determining of the filter bag chamber, the ceiling design, the gas bag design, the pulse valve selection, the blowing pipe design and the height of the box body. etc. The bottom box calculation mainly includes the selection of the spiral feeding machine type and the design of the ash bucket.In this article, the proposed classification and design has the advantages of structure compactness, function perfection, high reliability, convenient operation, and simple maintenance, which can meet the requirements of environmental protection, and support a good method for the treatment of the garbage gas from incineration.
