| Economic development is inseparable from industrial development.Industrial development will inevitably destroy the environment.But with the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,people had new understanding for environmental destruction and environmental pollution.Along with this change is the improving of emission standards,which requires better treatment performance of industrial flue gas purification equipment.Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator is created based on an organic combination of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter.It integrates the advantages of this two kinds of technologies.For the great features of long-term stable operation,low emission,low operation resistance,extended life of filter bags,higher reliability,wide scope of application,it is widely used in electric power,building materials,chemical industry and other industries.Although it is widely applied,can easily realize the dust emission less than 30 mg/Nm3,it can’t control the dust emission below 10 mg/Nm3(or 5 mg/Nm3),thus it is difficult to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission standards.In the new situation,we made the innovation for electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator technology.Technological breakthroughs in filtration accuracy,flow field distribution,fine particle agglomeration and core parts coupling matching are carried out to achieve ultra-low emission of electric bag,and the outlet of the dust emission is stable at 10 or 5 mg/Nm3.The study found that the filter bags is the terminal control system,in the case of the characteristics of the electrostatic field in ultra-clean electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitating meet the requirements,its performance directly affects the particle trapping effect.It’s the most critical factor that affects the export emission and the overall performance of the dust collector.This paper starts with the design ideas and requirements of the ultra-clean electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitating,studies the relationships between the model selection of the filter bag and efficiency of dust removal,the way of cleaning and the efficiency of dust removal in the fabric area.To find out the kinds of filter bags suitable for the ultra-clean electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitating and the best conditions for cleaning the dust.It provides a theoretical basis for engineering design,model selection and structure optimization of the technology to adapt to different coal and different working condition under the requirements of ultra-low emission.At last,we expound the application of the ultra-clean electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitating in million unit power plant.The main results are as follows:(1)From the general property,filtration efficiency,dust removal rate,cleaning cycle and residual resistance into account,show that membrane filter material has the optimal performance,followed by the gradient filter,and the performance of other conventional filter(including P84 fiber filter)can’t meet the requirements of ultra-low emissions.(2)The compressed air obtained by each filter bag can meet the requirements of the ultra-clean electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitating,when it equips with the conventional pulse value,blowpipe,and injection volume.(For example,19 bags with 10 meters length are needed to be blown,the requirement for the injection is about 775 L according to the area of the filter.The 3 inch valve is selected and the diameter of the blowpipe is 89.)The pressure of the spray pipe decreases with the increase of the quantity of the injection and the size of pulse valve,which leads to the pressure peak in the filter bag decrease.In order to guarantee the injection effect,we should increase the injection pressure or reduce the quantity of injection.Because of the maximum pressure and the intense change of the pressure in the head section of the filer bag,the filter bag is easy to be tired and damaged,so it should set up the protective measures.(3)Practical application shows that the outlet dust concentration of UCEF is less than 5 mg/Nm3,meet the requirements of ultra-low emission.Since the operation of more than one year,long-term stability to achieve ultra-low emission,verified the feasibility and reliability of the ultra-clean electric bag technology in millions of units.With the continuous promotion of ultra-low emission transformation project,the technology of electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator is constantly innovating,and it’s advantages are continuously improving.It will play a decisive role in the dust removal and environmental protection industry,and will be one of the mainstream technologies in the extra low emission of electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitating in coal-fired power plant. |
