Pipeline is an important part of the oil production and transportation.But some uncertainty factors will lead to pipeline leak because the aging of pipeline which will cause great harm to the peopleā€™s production and life. While many existing pipeline leak detection method due to the poor positioning accuracy, there are some limitations in the practical application. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical value to leak detection technology for the higher reliability and accuracy.A negative pressure wave method to accurately locate the leakage point is applied when combined with the actual situation in this paper.The method solve the problem of the detection and location of the leak point.The Real-time detection and targeting capabilities been compled by designing system of a pipeline leak detection which is Master-slave structure at the same time.This system is composed of master station controller and substation node detection. The master controller used S3C44B0X which based on ARM7core, the module circuit is designed to ensure work normally for master. At the same time, we transplante the embedded real-time operating system Ī¼ C/OS-ā…” into the S3C44B0X and integratedĪ¼ C/GUI as the graphical interface of the system. In order to display data intuitively, the API functions and the driver program are called by the kernel to complete the application.The substation node detection has the low consumption, when the master communicated with sub-station by using the TDMA techno logy;the microcontroller will send a wake-up information to the sub-station timly, and then set to receiving state for waiting response.The TDMA solved the problem of frequency interference effectivelyThe validity of negative pressure wave detection method has been proved by a large number of field trials. Meanwhile, the Real-time and stability is better than other methods. The positioning accuracy of the oil pipeline leak detection system is improved and the system not only content the technical requirements for pipeline detection, but also can improve the maintainability of the detection system effectively by showing of the results...
