Food is a human survival and development of the present material, for with thefood, the safety is the most basic requirements, the three elements in the food (safety,nutrition, loss of appetite), safety is the primary standard consumer food choices, thenumber of enterprises refectory, personnel to focus, consequences and hazards infood safety accident is very serious, therefore, improve the company canteen foodsafety management level is very important. In the implementation of ISO22000management system in company canteen, the implementation of information for theeffective guarantee for enterprises to health and safety, has very strong pertinenceand feasibility. ISO22000" food safety management system requirements " is a riskmanagement tool, can make the implementation of hazard identification andreasonable will occur, and to develop a comprehensive plan to prevent and controlthe harm, food management ISO22000standard applicable to the food chain, into theenterprise management activity, is the enterprise security assurance system.This paper takes D company canteen as the research object, based on theexisting D company canteen food quality and safety management system and thebasic information, analysis of the implementation of ISO22000management systemand information program’s necessity and feasibility, and program design. In order toensure food quality and safety, establish informationization scheme based onISO22000, the features of the existing information platform of D company, thequality and safety management process and key control point to analyze anddetermine the D company canteens to implement ISO22000management system andthe information of the ideas, goals and function realization needs. Finally, accordingto the actual situation of D company canteen, pre-estimate the difficult point exists in the implementation of ISO22000management system and information process andresults.Based on the collation and analysis of the domestic and foreign research results,to development and food safety management system of China’s food industry toestablish the status quo as the starting point, starting from the specific situation of Dcompany, D company canteen in the implementation of the food safety managementsystem and the development of information for the concrete implementation methodand steps, analysis study of recommendations.
