Because of their high efficiency and being able to kill many kinds of microorganisms, excellent compatibility, bigger pH span and biodegradable, Not Accumulated in living bodies, so Isothiazolone derivatives are widely used in industrial area. Therefore, there is theoretical guiding significance to test the Isothiazolone derivatives about the bioactivities. However, some Isothiazolone derivatives, because of being used in industrial area for a long time and mass which make industrial microorganisms emerge strong drug tolerance, so there are very important significance and worth to resolve the problems.This paper is to detect the inhibitory and bactericidal activities qualitatively and detect the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) quantitatively of Isothiazolone derivatives by MIT, BIT, RBIT and the compound preparation of this biocide which are Isothiazolone derivatives of common industries, build the data base to different kinds of microorganisms for Isothiazolone derivatives. Besides, we optimize the mix of kathon and RBIT, to detect whether they can highly efficiently resolve the germs which gain drug tolerance from monomer of the mix.The microorganisms in test:colibacillus, bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, Saccharomycetes, blue mould, aspergillus flavus, aspergillus parasiticus actinomycetes and so on. We can qualitatively know and contrast the bacteriostatic activities of biocides by inhibition loops tests, by inhibit and bactericidal tests detect the biological activities of Isothiazolone derivatives, have the mixture of kathon and RBIT to detect which are the better propotions, and at the same time have a test to determinate the MIC of staphylococcus aureus and aspergillus flavus, so that by this way optimize the propotion between kathon and RBIT separately have a successive generations induce to staphylococcus aureus and aspergillus flavus. so that we have four bacterial strains that gain drug tolerances, and than have MIC test for the better mixtures between kathon and RBIT. verify that the mixture compounds have the ability to resolve the problem of drug tolerances.The tests have achieved the bacteriostatic activities and germicidal activities for BIT, MIT. RBIT, kathon and SW1, R64, and built the relative data bases. The Biocides named BIT to germs is better than it to fungus, the activities of MIT is the same as BIT between germs and fungus. RBIT has the best bacteriostatic activities amond of BIT.MIT. RBIT.and the inhibition activity of RBIT to fungus is better than itself to germs, kathon has the best inhibition in Isothiazolone derivatives compounds. SW1and R64have the near natures to germs, however, the inhibitions to fungus, SW1has better bacteriostatic activities for2times than R64. The propotion between kathon and RBIT for:9:1,7:3,4:6.2:8, is highly efficient for all microorganisms. The utilization of Isothiazolone derivatives, for a long time and much, must make industrical microorganisms achieve strong drug tolerances, besides, the test verdicts that the mixture compounds, for monomers or compounds again, can resolve the problem that industrial microorganisms gain drug tolerances to the single between kathon and RBIT.
