The Blue Chemical Company is a fertilizer chemical production enterprise, existing production plant widespread process is long, complex structure, and the many factors affecting the normal production, high temperature and high pressure, flammable and explosive characteristics. Reason behind nearly10years of misuse, equipment failure, DCS system abnormalities, device sector outside factors influence triggers plant stop accidents have occurred, the unplanned shutdowns device will not only affect the operating costs of enterprises but also cause very serious destruction of the device and safety incidents. After in-depth analysis of these parking cases found in the production process, in addition to the force majeure and unexpected incidents, most of the hidden dangers of accidents caused a gradual process.
