With the economic globalization, the increasing demand for electricity, and also the increased demand for power station boiler,the membrane type wall as an important part of power plant boiler, play a decisive role in making boiler. Modern boiler membrane walls are producted by double-side welded steel tube and flat steel.The steel tube and flat steel are continuously welded and montaged to finish product width.Because overhead position welding can not be achieved,the membrane wall must be turned over to finish welding. Research into the years of Shanghai boiler factory, the factory independently designed "boiler membrane wall turning over cliver" which is specialized for boiler membrane wall turning process.After using UG NX software to make geometry model of the cliver, the article imported the model into ANSYS,revised the model,and then established the finite element model.In the foundation of the static analysis of ANSYS,imoport the result into nCode,and then use nCode to finish the fatigue analysis of the cliver.Firstly,the article introduce UG NX,ANSYS and nCode, prepare for the finite element analysis of turning over cliver.Secondly,use the structure of the cliver as the object of study,use UG NX and ANSYS to make geometry model and the finite element model,study and introduce the process of the modeling.Thirdly,make an in-depth study of the static analysis of the cliver.Finally,in the foundation of the static analysis,make an in-depth study of the fatigue analysis of the cliver,then finish the safety finite element analysis of the boiler membrane wall turning over cliver.
