Agriculture in China has thousands of years of history, with the devolpment ofagriculture, the chemical fertilizers and pesticides has a great influce to agriculture.Fungicide have already accepted by more and more people and attract attention inagricultural. This paper is based on the analysis of the shenyang agricultural water,which analyse the three pesticide bactericides of Carbendazim,Thiram,Metalaxyl, andstudy the method of how to remove the pollutant.In the process of study, a method of solid-phase microextraction was used aspretreatment, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determinationof method trace pollutants carbendazim in sewage. Get standard linear regressionequation is Y=3185+465X, correlation coefficient R=0.9992, carbendazim detectionlimit for0.0008μg/mL, and the average recovery was98.44%. The high sensitivitythan the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with a single morethan5times. At the same time, we also study the method to eliminate thecarbendazim, which using ultraviolet germicidal lamp and ultrasonic to remove.
