In this paper the authors do the analysis about the status quo of domestic coal resources and coal mining operations, and then put forward the fully mechanized coal mining face in the operating process automation, information technology demand, that is proposed based on embedded control system of coal mine fully mechanized communication automation research and design the topic. In the process of demand analysis and design, the author applied the object-oriented modeling method of system modeling on demand analysis, organizational design system architecture and the design architecture and the main technology has carried on the detailed analysis, thus realized the system research and design work.The paper describes fully mechanized coal mine automation control system based on embedded system technology implementation of communication. The system architecture is divided into inoue monitoring scheduling system and downhole field test and control system. The two systems information interaction is realized by using industrial Ethernet interface.This system is a combination of industrial Ethernet technology, standard of industrial bus technology, sensor technology, database technology, the realization of fully mechanized working face of coal mining machine, scratch board conveyor, hydraulic support, along the trough belt conveyor, automatic control, the main equipment such as collection of working face equipment operation parameters, and environmental safety inspection information, in working face shows and through industrial Ethernet transmission to the surface computer, realize remote transport and fault diagnosis. The system can realize power supply system of coal mining work face, transportation system, the scene of the unattended and automatic operation. Centralized remote operations, video surveillance, auxiliary personnel patrol. Less mine layout of factory, production system and link, realize the production of fully mechanized working face highly automation and information technology.The control system that coal mine fully mechanized automation of communication, can improve the working process of the coal mining safety and efficiency of coal production process automation and information technology, so it will have very broad market prospects.
