Catalytic activity of H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3was evaluated in thesynthesis of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal. The different reaction parameters werediscussed and the best reaction conditions were found out. The optimum conditionsare: molar ratio of ethylene glycol to cyclohexanone is1.4:1, the dosage of catalyst is1.5%based on feed stocks and the reaction time is75min, the yield of cyclohexanoneethylene ketal can reach87.5%. At the same time the application were used tosynthesize other ketals(acetals) and obtained a good effect of catalytic.H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3was prepared by impregnation, and characterized byFT-IR and XRD. Catalytic activity of H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3was evaluated in thesynthesis of butyl hexanoate. The different reaction parameters were discussed andthe best reaction conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are: molar ratioof1-butanol to caproic acid is1.5:1, the dosage of catalyst is1.0%based on feedstocks, the dehydrant is4mL, and the reaction time is75min, the yield of butylhexanoate can reach84.1%. At the same time the application were used to synthesizeother esters and obtained a good effect of catalyticH3PW6Mo6O40/ZrO2-SiO2was prepared by sol-gel method. At the same time,H3PW6Mo6O40/ZrO2-SiO2was prepared by impregnation. Through the contrast, wecan know that impregnation is better than sol-gel method. Degradation of methylorange was used as a probe reaction to explore the influencing factors of thephotodegradation reaction. The optimum conditions were that initial concentration ofmethyl orange is10mg/L, and the pH is2.5, the dosage of catalyst is1.5%based onfeed stocks, the degradation rate of methyl orange is as high as88.7%after2.5hsimulated natural light irradiation. The reaction of photocatalysis for methyl orangecan be expressed as first-order kinetic model. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Polyoxometalates, support, Zirconium base composite oxide, synthesis, acetal, ketal, ester, photocatalytic degradation, organic dye | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
