Study On The Emergency Control Ability On Environmental Crisis In Gaoming District Of Foshan Municipality

To strengthen the emergency response to environmental crisis is high necessary to implement the spirit of the Party’s18th National Congress and to practice the scientific outlook on development. Environment crisis is detrimental to public security and social stability.In order to accelerate the development of an environment-friendly society and to build a conservation-minded society in Foshan, we’ve got to, according to the actual situation, find out in practice an environmental crisis management mechanism both feasible in Gaoming District of Foshan Municipality and even throughout China. Thus, to make research on mechanism of environmental crisis management is of great importance.Based on the theories on crisis management and urban environmental crisis management, the paper systematically explores and studies on the situation of the environmental crisis management in China, and to make suggestions accordingly, to improve the emergency control ability during environment crisis in Gaoming District, helping to upgrade industry structure, promote overall social development and to bring more happiness to Foshan.In addition, in view of the current ability of environmental emergency control in Gaoming District Foshan Municipality, such as in aspects of organization, event-handling procedure, supporting measures, appraising system and standards, this paper makes intensive analysis and tries to build an appraising system and feasible evaluation standards for the District. Moreover, the paper sums up the achievements that have been made on environmental protection in Gaoming.Finally, taking for example the surveillance and early-warning ability of water supply in Gaoming, the paper provides reference for building environmental organization system, mechanism, supporting measures, talent team and hardware.
