Based on the special properties of ferroceny、 chitosan and D-glucosamine, preparing D-glucosamine shiff base containing ferrocenyl and chitosan schiff base containing ferroceny is expected to get a new matercal which is containing the special properties ferroceny,. D-glucosamine and chitosan. This research work was divided into two parts. In the first part, D-glucosamine schiff base derivative containing ferrocenyl was synthesized by the condensation reaction of D-glucosamine hydrochloride and ferrocene carboxaldehyde as raw materials. And the chemical properties of D-glucosamine schiff base derivative containing ferrocenyl were investigated. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1. D-glucosamine shiff base containing ferrocenyl was synthesized by the condensation reaction of D-glucosamine hydrochloride and ferrocene carboxaldehyde in absolute methanol. The structure was confirmed by elemental analysis, FT IR>UV\1HNMR,13CNMR,1H-1HCOSY and1H-13CHSQC.2. The electrochemical proterties of D-glucosamine shiff base containing ferrocenyl was studied by three electrode system. The results show that D-glucosamine shiff base containing ferrocenyl appears a pair of reversible redox peak within0.0-1.OV which is attributed to the oxidation reduction of Fc/Fc+. Comparing with ferrocene, the redox potential of D-glucosamine schiff base containing ferrocenyl is moving to positive, and this result shows that it has a stronger ability of oxidation.3. The optimum structure of D-glucosamine schiff base containing ferrocenyl was investigated by using Gaussian03procedures and the method of density functional b31yp. The single point energy, net charge and frontier orbital energy of the system was calculated by Lanl2dz. And the orbit of the compound was studied.In the second part, using chitosan and ferrocene carboxaldehyde as raw materials, and the synthesis of chitosan shiff base containing ferrocenyl was investigated. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: 1. We studied the effect of reaction medium (acid medium n-NH2incs:n FC-CHO=1:1.1, n-NH2in cs:ncH3COOH=1:1; alcohol medium n-NH2incs:nFc-CHO=1:1.1; alcohol acid medium n_NH2inCS:nFc-cHO=1:1.1. n-NH2inCS:ncH3COOH=1:1) on substitution degree (DS) of chitosan schiff base containing ferrocenyl. The experimental results show that the chitosan schiff base containing ferrocenyl synthesized in acid medium has a higher substitution degree. So, acid medium is considered the appropriate reaction medium which the condensation reaction of chitosan with ferrocene carboxaldehyde.2. The optimum reaction condition on the reaction of chitosan with ferrocene carboxaldehyde to form schiff base was investigated by the single factor variable method. And the optimum reaction condition was as fellows:the mass of chitosan was0.3009g, the volume of water was20ml, the molar ratio of amine group in chitosan to acetic acid was1:0.2, the molar ratio of amine group in chitosan to ferrocene carboxaldehyde was1:2.0, the reaction temperature was65℃, and the reaction time was3h. Under the optimum reaction condition, DS of chitosan could be reached55.3%and the iron content of chitosan schiff base containing ferrocenyl was11.5%.3. Effect of the molecular weight of chitosan (10KDa、5KDa、3KDA、2KDa)on the DS of chitosan under the optimum condition was investigated. It was found that the molecular weight of chitosan has significant influence on DS of chitosan. The DS of chitosan increases with the decrease of the molecular weight of chitosan...
