This paper studies the three-phase measurement technology of low-yield oil well,compares three-phase measurement schemes on the oil well, presents a measurement scheme ofGLCC combined water content analyzer and turbine flowmeter, and carries out theexperiment.Test results show that the scheme realizes the three-phase measurement in oil well.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the oil well measurementtechnology. The oil well three-phase measurement technology can be divided into not separatedand the separated. In the chapter foreign oil well measurement technology is introduced, and thetypical systems of three-phase flow meter without separation and three-phase flow meter withseparation have been studied in the comparison, and the current situation and development ofdomestic oil well measurement technology have been studied.The second chapter is the comparison and selection of scheme of the oil well three-phasemeasurement. The principle of oil well three-phase measurement without separate and that ofwith separate have been studied and the simulation experiment has been done.The experimentsshow that the three-phase measurement system using the gas-liquid cylindrical cycloneseparator (GLCC) has the best measurement result and it is worth studying in-depth.The third chapter is the design of three-phase measurement system for oil wells. Thethree-phase measurement system based on the gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone separator (GLCC)is studied in detail.The system adopts the gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone separator (GLCC) forgas-liquid separation and adopts the water content analyzer to measure the water content in themixing liquid and adopts the turbine flow meter to measure to measure the liquid flow and theworking principle of the main components of the three-phase measurement system is discussedin detail.The fourth chapter is the test of three-phase measurement system for oil wells. Thethree-phase measurement system based on the gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone separator (GLCC)is tested.The test result shows that the experimental system has good effect of on-linemeasurement for oil-gas-water three-phase flow and the measurement accuracy can meet theactual needs.
