With increased air content in the produced fluid of oil-gas field,lead to the gas influence increasing,it is necessary to study two-phase flow of gas-liquid.According to its own characteristics of gas-liquid two phase flow can be divided into bubble flow,droplet flow and gas flow,and stratified flow.based on the principle of hydrocyclone separation in gas-liquid two-phase flow,a new type of high efficiency hydrocyclone is designed according to the flow characteristics of bubbles in gas-liquid two-phase flow and the characteristics of hydrocyclone.Using computational fluid dynamics analysis software to analysis the internal flow of gas-liquid Separator.According to the results of simulation,optimizing the best structure and operating parameters.The development and manufacture of the experimental prototype are completed and laboratory experiments are carried out.The simulation data and experimental data are analyzed.The results show that the design of the gas-liquid separator is reasonable and the separation performance is good.The overflow pipe and the inner cone structure are the core contents of the design of the gas-liquid separator The 3 d modeling work is completed with UG NX8.5,the application of numerical simulation work is Fluent module of ANSYS software.The numerical simulation work include: the influence of Split ratio and separation efficiency,the change rule of different cross section with pressure field and velocity field,and the separation efficiency under different gas rate.Laboratory experiments were conducted to analyze the relationship between the split ratio,volume,gas content,pressure drop and separation efficiency.The experimental results show that the structure design of gas-liquid separator is reasonable and the efficiency of gas-liquid separation is high.At the same time,its correctness of the simulation results is verified and it provides reference of the structural optimization for future.
