With the rapid development of technology of horizontal wells, it becomes more abundant in its developing application, and the optimization of the technology. Application of horizontal well has been developing towards the direction of running the operations at scale in oil regions. It takes important role in re-development of new and old oil field to improve developing melioration and the ultimate recovery rate. However, with growing time of exploitation, bottom hole flowing pressure is on decrease, which causes the decrease of production in majority of horizontal well fluid. This paper focuses on the Study of horizontal well water injection and oil production wells technology of combination, which will boost the recovery rate and water displacing oil effect.Foreign research shows that horizontal wells could have three kinds of injection-production structure in the water flooding development:horizontal well injection straight well, horizontal well injection and horizontal well production, direct injection well, horizontal well production.The national scientists establish the theory both of seepage of horizontal well-vertical wells and horizontal well vertical wells water displacing development based on complex potential theory and the superposition principle. According to the theory, it has been established five-point, seven-point pattern seepage theory respectively, the research are on the stream function, sweep coefficient in horizontal well production.Learned through the historical data, both oil and liquid yield in the sea26fault block horizontal wells is higher than the adjacent vertical ones (the average of horizontal well production is2.4times higher than the vertical wells,2.6times higher), and horizontal well flow theory is identical with the horizontal well production practice. Because injection-production imbalance cause the decrease of formation pressure and the majority of horizontal well fluid production.At present, the sea26fault block has been exploited over85%within the period of the high water and special high water-cut, the remaining oil distributing, complex mixture of oil and water, high well spacing density, difficulty of well pattern adjustment. According to the analysis of reservoir characteristics and the current research, the injection wells are suitable to horizontal wells combined vertical wells for reservoir status of the mining model.
