Study On Analysis Of Wetland Resources And Its Protection In Hunan Province

The wetland has the giant environment adjustment function and the ecological benefit. It plays the important role in the aspects of self-controlling water source, adjusting climate, degenerating pollutant, protecting biodiversity and so on. Wetland is rich in fauna and flora resources, not only large living species of plants, but also live in resource-rich wildlife. Wetland eco-systems for all kinds of birds, amphibians, reptiles, fish and other aquatic organisms provide habitats, at the same time, it is also of great significance to human existence.Hunan province has rich wetland resources, research and protection of Hunan wetland is late, for the status quo of wetland research and management is not very deep. And with the rapid growth of economy brought bad influence to the environment, the status quo of wetlands is not optimistic, much attention has been paid to the current situation of the wetland. This study based on the details of the wetland resource in Hunan province and the remote sensing data and details of the key research. In this study, we have analyzed and evaluated the wetlands of wetland ecosystem in Hunan about natural setting of wetlands, wetland vegetation, wildlife and wetland situation around situation and use to protect aspects of present situation. Its purpose is to fully grasp the wetland animals and plants resources, water resources, land resources, biological resources, landscape resources, human resources, supply services, cultural services, support services, and other aspects. And based on this understanding of wetland resources and the management present situation, we put forward the corresponding management measures in view of existing situation.It indicated that the Hunan wetland resources protection mainly face the following several aspects. First, the public wetland protection consciousness is not high. Second, wetland protection laws and regulations system is not sound. Third, wetland management department is numerous, there is difficult in coordination. Forth, wetland reserve system is not perfect. Fifth, there is a need in wetland park construction and management specification. And the sixth, wetland science research monitoring technology leave behind.In this paper, according to current situation of wetland protection and management of wetland restoration were proposed in the paper, we put forward some effective ways to protect and exploit the rationalization proposal.
