Luoma Wetlands Resource Survey And Ecological Protection Research

Wetland is the most particular ecosystem and transitionally landscape on the earth, and also is the most important specie and gene bank. It provides people lots of resources include water, biology, energy, traffics and tourism, and is the most appetency ecosystem on the earth. The biodiversity is abundant in wetland where the physic, chemistry and life part interact in to take the unique environment and ecology part in climate regulation, water holding, flood and drought control, water quality purification, biodiversity maintenance. Therefore, we take the case of manual plain reservoir - Luomahu, one of the four great lakes, to find out the propagation resources and provide science evidence for persist use by the way of data collection and outdoor research. The result shows as follows.The wetland plant in Luomahu was consist mostly by 11 formations, include 2 woods, 4 herbages and 5 water area vegetations. The wetland plant resource include phytoplankton and vascular plant. There are 8 phylum and 157 species in phytoplankton, 44 families 129 species in vascular plant, including 33 families 81 species dicotyledon, 8 families 44 species monocotyledon and 3 families 4 species fern. They can be used in the way of food, materials, feeds, fertilizers, sight, drugs and environment protect. There are lotus, water chestnuts, bulrushes, reeds, zizanias, euryaleferoxes, duckweeds, hornworts, poplars, Salixhoriganagikmuras that are important economy plants.There are 43 species zooplankton, 18 species benthos, 10 orders 17 families 58 species fish, 1 orders 2 families 6 species amphibian and 3 orders 6 families 8 species reptile. They account for 14.5% of all species in Jiangsu. The wetland aves has 14 orders 40 families 158 species, account for 35.3%. And 5 orders 6 families 9 species, account for 20.5%. The characteristics of the resource is the abundance kinds, excessive economy propagation and lots of danger and valuable species.Herein the habit change, environment pollution and incorrect resource use, the wetland of Luomahu is planned to build the wetland park to carry out ecology journey. The final goal is to protect the wetland ecology, make the lake evolvement healthily, join the nature and culture together and bring the wetland society function into play. The wetland park includes the Yaowan town and the Luomahu which belongs to the town. The whole area is 51.7 km2, where the wetland area is 40 km2, 80% of the whole area. The wetland park is divided into 5 functions include ecology protect, ecology tourism, tourism, ology unfurl and the Yaowan canal culture tourism functions.The strategic advise which is to speed wetland protect construct, publicize and educate, control lake pollution, carry out correct inning policy, prevent eutrophication and make reason use of bottomland is put forward to enhance the sustainable utilization of the wetland landscape resources such as speed the economy development.
