ECM anodic dissolution principle is based on the electrolytic process,with the help of forming cathode,the workpiece shapes by a certain shape and size of a process,the mechanical machining more superior performance.With high precision,high efficiency,hard material processing need, high frequency,narrow pulse,high current pulse power has more superior processability, from precision and efficiency than the DC has a better processing ability,so the pulse electrolysis power supply more and more important in the special processing equipment,It is widely used in the soft composite,hard alloy material and special-shaped material processing,etc. This topic through the adoption of improved detection circuit and main circuit,developed the25k-70k high frequency,narrow pulse,the peak current is100A,the voltage is5to40v,and adjustable current and voltage switch,flexible operation of pulse power supply,in order to meet the needs of industry,promote the development of ECM technology.In this paper, the commonly used pulse power structure, often for the voltage type pulse power,is actually a switch power supply branch,but low pulse voltage accuracy than constant voltage dc source precision, and analyzes their characteristics and similarities of switch power supply and pulse power supply part, due to the control current ECM type is superior to the stability of the voltage pulse power supply the processing effect.According to the characteristics of ECM, using the appropriate main circuit and pulse circuit structure, the pulse power level two, level dc level before and after the adjustable pulse power, the first level is controlled by the T1chip TMS320F28027phase-shift full bridge ZVS circuit control, for the general structure of switch power supply; After the TL494and MSP430G2553realize high frequency, pulse width adjustable pulse generator in parallel chopper. Power supply controller using serial communication function, can realize the communication with the feed system, through the gap voltage to achieve clearance is adjustable. After use parallel structure and load level, because the output for low voltage, high current, using four MOSFET tube1RF2907chopper,in parallel with wiring, implementation, flow to drive adopts integrated M57962L driving module,guarantee the circuit stability and reliability.The switching power supply in the ECM was used to test, the test waveform to get the desired effect,and get good processing effect,verify the feasibility of the power circuit structure,meet the requirements of ECM conditions.
