Application of deepening agent became more mature, but there was less research ondeepening agent for coating at home and abroad. Two kinds of organic silicone modifieddeepening agent were synthesized in this paper. One was a cationic type of siliconemodified aqueous polyurethane deepening agent, black cotton fabric and blackpolyurethane coated fabric had better deepening effect, can effectively improve the fabricof the dry and wet rubbing fastness and washing performance, and improve the handle ofcoated fabric. Another was a silicone modified acrylic deepening agent, can effectivelyimprove the black acrylic coated fabric color depth, especially improved the fabric of wetand dry rubbing fastness and washing fastness, and improved the coating fabric washingproblem of easy cracking. Discuss the technology of synthesis and application of twodeepening agent, and characterization of structure and properties, draw the following themain conclusions:1. Taking IPDI and PPG as raw material, synthesis of polyurethane performedpolymer in DBTDL presence, modified by KH-550, and through BDO and TEA extenderchain, synthesis of cationic type of organic silicon modified aqueous polyurethane. UsingFT-IR,~1H-NMR, Zeta potential and TG-DTA characterization of structure and properties ofthe deepening agent. The synthesis process was optimized, When R value was4:1,ω(KH-550) was6%, ω(TEA) was13%, the reaction time of KH-550was90min and thereaction temperature of KH-550was45℃, the emulsion of translucent blue deepeningagent was synthesized.2. By deepening agent two dipped two rolling finishing black cotton fabric deeppercentage is19.73%, black silk fabric deep ratio is17.49%, dry and wet rubbing fastnessimproving level0.5or above, and washable properties was good after being finished. Deepratio of black polyurethane coated was13.08%after being coating finished, dry and wet rubbing fastness improving level0.5or above, the breaking strength was increased, colordifference was small of coated fabric, and using SEM and XRD characterization ofperformance of coated fabric after being coating finished.3. Taking A-151, KH-550as raw materials, synthesis of a larger silicone(AKH) inDBSA presence, and synthesis of silicone modified acrylic emulsion with BA and MMA.Using FT-IR,~1H-NMR, TEM and TG-DTA characterization of structure and properties ofthe copolymers, and optimization of the synthesis process. when n(BA):n(MMA)=1:3,ω(AKH)=10%, ω(APS)=1.5%, ω(emulsifier)=2%.4. Deepening agent for80g/L, pre-drying (80℃×3min),150℃baking fabric3min canbe obtained good deep effect. Coated fabric after deepening agent coating finishing, deepratio is11.26%, the rubbing fastness and soaping fastness were increased, fabric strength isincreased, effectively reducing the coated fabric cracking may be in the process of washing,color difference of coated fabric was small after being coating finished, and compared withorganic silicon washing performance increased significantly after being coating finished.
