In the paper, the aqueous polyurethane modified by amino-silicone oil was synthesized by poly propylene carbonate glycol, IPDI, DMPA, D4and silane coupling agent, which was a kind of anti-pilling textile finishing agent of cashmere knitted fabric. The synthesis and research about this textile finishing agent was divided into four main parts:(i)Research the best synthesis process of aqueous polyurethane and the influential factors of emulsion performance, the synthesis of the amino-silicone oil;(ii) Research the best synthesis process of the aqueous polyurethane modified by amino-silicone oil, determine the best content of amino-silicone oil;(iii) Optimize the finishing technologies and evaluate the finishing effect of wool fabrics for anti-pilling treatment;(iv) Analyse the syntheticed products through modern instrument.The Poly propylene carbonate glycol used in synthesis was produced by Jiangsu zhongke JinLong Co LTD, which was a new product as a raw material was used to synthesis the polyurethane. Giving the polyurethane good strength, hardness and heat resistance as polyester PU had, and good extension and flexible performance were comparable with polyether PU. In the paper, amino-silicone oil was successfully introduced to the aqueous polyurethane in order to improve the mechanical properties and the water resistance property of the aqueous polyurethane films and to avoid the decline of feeling softness after finishing process. This new type of the textile finishing agent had many advantages of the aqueous polyurethane and the amino-silicone oil. The best synthesis conditions were:pre-polymerization reaction was conducted under80℃for2h or so, Chain extension reaction was performed under70℃for3-4h, R value was1.7, DMPA content was5%, amino-silicone oil content was30%, modification reaction was operated under5~10℃for50min.The aqueous polyurethane modified by amino-silicone oil was a groundbreaking method applied to cashmere knitted fabric for anti-pilling. The influences of finishing agent, finishing solution pH value, finishing time and temperature were researched in order to study the finishing process conditions of the modified aqueous polyurethane finishing agent for cashmere knitted fabric systematically. The results of the study showed that:finishing agent was2%(o.w.f.), pH value was about6~7, finishing solution temperature was about50℃and finishing time was35min, then the cashmere knitted fabric could achieve excellent anti-pilling effect.The physical and chemical properties of self-made aqueous polyurethane modified by amino-silicone oil were evaluated by testing appearance and all kinds of stabilities of the emulsion, and the structure and film properties of the self-made aqueous polyurethane modified by amino-silicone oil were confirmed by FT-IR, AFM and Raman.The results showed that the self-made aqueous polyurethane modified by amino silicone oil had good stability, and the cashmere knitted fabrics anti-pilling property was improved evidently about two degree, fabric softness was well and the color change was small,what’s more,the basic properties of the fabric such as air permeability, fastness to soaping and fastness to friction were not affected. In general, the self-made aqueous polyurethane modified by amino-silicone oil emulsion can meet the need of the basic industrial application,so this emulsion can be used in factory.
