For screw pump oil production system with small size, light weight, simple structure,convenient ground equipment management and maintenance, less investment, high pumpefficiency, more and more attention, and in the oil industry has been promoted and used,especially in the high viscosity of the crude oil, sand extent in oil exploitation, screw pumphas a unique advantage. At the same time, during the process of oil production, the use ofscrew pump is also different degrees of rod break-off, rod and tubing wear, the wear seriousfailure and parameter setting is not reasonable, the problem of low operating efficiency,therefore, in-depth study can improve the application level of screw pump well in faultdiagnosis of screw pump to achieve maximum output, benefit with minimum input, toimprove the efficiency of screw pump oil production system has important value.This thesis selects the screw pump as well pumping mode as the object, workingcondition of ground drive screw pump well as mainly focuses on the various parameters, withthe help of Shuguang oil production plant of Liaohe oilfield test, in the normal productiondata for working condition judgment condition of screw pump pumping well analysis andjudgement. First of all, this testing system for screw pump wells hardware devices are studiedby the basic realization of correlation function and main technical index. Secondly, establishworking condition diagnosis model, ground drive screw pump well,at the same time, studythe fault type of sucker rod and tubing for screw pump, and subdivided into11. Then, the faultdiagnosis method respectively from the traditional diagnosis method, characteristic curvecontrol method and the method of synthetical diagnosis were analyzed, ground drive screwpump working condition diagnosis method program diagram, drawing in addition, calculationformula of motor working condition diagnosis and system efficiency of screw pump wellestablished, laid the solid foundation for the daily study and field application. Based on theabove research results, research and development of the supporting software of screw pumpwell. Finally, the screw pump well Shuguang oil production plant of Liaohe Oilfield Companyof five representative was analyzed and the effect of field application test, the feasibility andnecessity of this study further verified through field test, indicates that the practice value ofthe research.
