The drilling engineering project is an important part of the oil companies, whether theproject can conduct safely have a signiifcant impact on sustainable development andeconomic growth of the oil companies. The drilling engineering project as the premise of oilexploration, accounting for exploration and development of more than half of the total cost, sothe smooth progress of the project process plays a vital role on the improvement of the overalleiffciency of the oil companies. Accurate early warning and timely investigation of thesecurity risks is a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the drilling engineering projectconstruction. However, drilling engineering project construction security risk warning isbasically still in the exploratory stage, although some methods of the security riskmanagement have been used, strengthen the safety management, but for the constructionsecurity risks of the drilling engineering project has not yet reached the level of accuratewarning. Therefore,make use of the security risk warning theory, to develope the securityrisk warning of the drilling engineering project construction, looking for potential securityrisks in the drilling engineering project construction is very important for improving thesafety of the drilling engineering project construction management level and accuratelydetermine the drilling engineering project construction security risk warning level.First, based on the systematic,static and dynamic, more benign principles of constructionfrom three aspects that before drilling,drilling and completion to use SPSS software toanalyze the reliability and validity of the scale, screening drilling project safety risk warningindicator system, and ultimately determine the index system of3dirst-level indicators,7secondary indicators and24third-level indicators. Secondly, use of the consistent fuzzypreference relations (CFPR) method to determine the weight of the drilling drilling projectconstruction security risk warning indicators. Then,according to the construction securityrisks of drilling project with ambiguity and complexity, establish the drilling engineeringproject construction security risk warning model with ifve level of no wanring,light warning,mid wanring,heavy warning and giant warning. Using the triangular fuzzy number to warn thedrilling engineering project of construction security risks. Finally, make15152drilling crew of Daqing Drilling Engineering Company15152drilling crew as background, use theconsistent fuzzy preference relation and triangular fuzzy number to make constructionsecurity risk warning of the Daqing Drilling Company15152drilling crew drilling project,determine its warning level and make appropriate recommendations based on the warningresults. The content of this study the drilling enterprises can clear the drilling engineeringproject construction security risk warning level, and to take appropriate emergency measuresunder the warning level, and constantly improve the level of safety management to providetheoretical guidance.
