The purpose of this paper is analysis lined with ceramic composite pipe of mechanical property. With the software of ANSYS, this paper process the simulation of tension, torsion, lateral squash in limited area, nonlinear squash and temperature field simulation. This paper did the experiment of plate squash and scanning with SEM on ceramic layer for using to guide actual construction.Processed material analysis, found three-decker constituted the pipeline obviously, outside-in for steel layer, middle layer and ceramic layer in turn, analyzed the status of each layer and junction state:there is semi-sintered condition connect middle layer and ceramic layer, middle layer and steel layer is metallurgical bonding. Scanned the ceramic layer, identified the main elements and the percentage of every element takes, inferred the bases of the ceramic layer is Al2O3and contained a spot of FeAl2O4, there is some trace of additive joined in the process of production.Using two-dimensional finite element unit founded model for doing thermal analysis based on physical truth to calculate residual stress of the pipe body, worked out stress state and stress value of each layer. Founded that there is compression stress on ceramic layer, from the middle layer to the outer layer suffer tensile stress function. The max axial force and maximum circumferential force appear on the ceramic layer, near the surface of the substrate.Theory is proposed in this paper:plastic deformation and slip of interlayer offset part of stress, It can’t be showed on simulation result, the actual stress value must be less than the breaking strength of the ceramic layer.Setting up2D and3D finite element model based on ANSYS software, simulated different external load and constraint conditions of stress state of pipeline, worked out failure values and stress drawing. Processed experiment research, figured out compressive strength and force-displacement curve of lined with ceramic composite tube, by means of the contrast with the simulated result, showing analogvalue is652.28MPa while experimental value is643.12MPa, deviation about2%. when press speed is lmm/min, there has maximum load of43.533KN on4.85mm, crack initiation location in the press distance of4.5mm, and higher press speed will lead to the maximum peak position lag, But the maximum load for similar in value.
