And there is still no other materials can replace the aluminium hydroxides in developed countries on the two to three decades. This industry in China is just rise and the prospect is unlimited.Shandong Branch produce Seed filler with high white aluminum hydroxide (commonly known as Precipitated Aluminium hydroxides), these products have high brightness, few black spots, but the larger size, most of them are more than 90 microns. September 2008,Shandong branch of Al "At the different kinds of grain size and man-made stone dedicated aluminum hydroxide Technology Industry" R & D project under construction. This project focuses on stable the quality of 75-micron,50-micron products, and expand the production scale. The technology research won second prize of nonferrous metals industry in china. This paper based on the analysis of the operating principle and structure. Then focus on analysis the testing process in application of Vertical Disk Filter. By analysis and study the various parameters and data in the test. Initially determined the Equipment Choose in the decomposition filter, and finished product filtering process on our new project 2011 (new 100,000 tons agate lines) through the comprehensive comparison of the effects of vacuum vertical disc filter and other types of filters, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of filters.Vacuum vertical disc filter successfully applied Precipitated Aluminium hydroxides line, not only expanded the scale of the direct decomposition products, and significantly reduced the company’s production costs and achieved good economic benefits. The applications and research of vacuum vertical disc filter in the Precipitated Aluminium hydroxides production lines, provides a technical basis for my company’s new 100,000 tons/year high white filler production line equipment selection, and be used for reference the application and extension of vacuum vertical disc filter in other production lines and industries, play a positive role in pushing forward the increase of the equipment level in the aluminum companies even the entire aluminum industry.
