In recent years, with the rapid development of construction, concrete construction projects become the most widely used and one of the largest amount of building materials. At the same time, promote saving society in China, to promote energy saving, green emission reduction strategies for sustainable development, reducing large-scale use of steel to reduce the structural weight, the construction industry become a hot research problem, so lightweight aggregate concrete to highlight the its advantages. Lightweight aggregate concrete, because of its lightweight, high strength, insulation, fire resistance, sound insulation, good seismic performance characteristics such as applied in modern buildings. With China’s rapid development of lightweight aggregate concrete, it will become second only to the amount of ordinary concrete a new concrete.The development of lightweight aggregate concrete for almost half a century, with industrial waste, urban waste as raw materials to produce green light aggregate technology matures, people can use green light aggregate a large number of alternative preparation of the natural aggregate concrete, This can not only reduce production costs, while maintaining the purpose of turning waste into treasure, with good social, economic and environmental benefits. The current segregation of the lightweight aggregate concrete and the brittleness of more prominent than normal, for improving the tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete, improving brittleness and enhance resilience, in particular the floating Lightweight Aggregate demand more and more pressing issues. Therefore, this paper improve the segregation resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete point of view, lightweight concrete by adding different kinds and dosage of admixture and fiber materials, and then test the treatment, the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete, layered degree, the slump and expansion degree of the microstructure of fly ash concrete ceramic, research materials and organic fibers mixed with lightweight aggregate concrete anti-segregation on the performance improvement, so that the lightweight aggregate concrete more suitable for practical engineering applications.Firstly, the use of fly ash and slag as admixture to the lightweight aggregate concrete, test its compressive strength, slump, and Spreading of hierarchical degrees of mineral admixture Segregation of lightweight aggregate concrete performance improvement, research different types of single-doped mineral admixture, complex admixture when mixed with ash on mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete and the impact of heterogeneity. This article provides a lightweight aggregate concrete theoretical and practical basis, with high environmental and economic benefits.
