| Rolling contact fatigue test is an important evaluation method of bearing materialperformance.The performance of Test machine have a great effecton on the accuracy ofthe test result.According to the defects in the test machine,a new design mathod is putforward in this paper. Liquid static pressure technology is applied to the transmission andloading system.Firstly,based on the functional analysis, the test maching is devided into transmissionsystem,loading system,lubrication system and monitor system. the model of electricmotor is choosed , the Belt transmission and structure of shaft is designed. In the lodingsystem, the hydraulic support units is designd. The types of the sensors and installationposition is explained in the monitor system.Secondly,the detailed structure of the hydrostatic spindle is designed, Throttle device,structure and size of hydrostatic bearing is designed.The influence of throttle orificediameter and eccentricity rate on the oil chamber pressure is studied by FLUENT.Afteranalyzing the impact of throttle orifice diameter, eccentricity,radial space of hydrostaticbearing on carrying capacity and rigidity,the rules that how carrying capacity andrigiditychange with the factors above are found.Thirdly, the heat source and the impact of tempeture on hydrostatic spindle isdiscussed.After calculating the friction power of hydrostatic bearing and heat transfercoefficient of the main heat-delivery surfaces, temperature field of the hydrostatic spindleis simulated by FEM software ANSYS. finally, Thermal deformation of the hydrostaticspindle caused by tempeture is acquired. |
