Contact fatigue is one main factor which induces rolling bearing to failure. Rolling bearing fatigue life test is an important means of assessing bearing quality.In present paper, firstly, the theory of rolling bearing contact fatigue is introduced and every factor of inducing rolling bearing to fatigue and failure form are described. Secondly, in the work, the control system to diagnose and record the temperature, vibrancy, and velocity, friction torque signals is designed. Thirdly the signals are fed back and controlled by intelligent data processing system to obtain result data under different conditions, which can be simulated by many analysis methods, especially digital filter and wavelet. And device of exigency stop which can catch original fatigue state is designed. Finally, the fatigue tests of rolling bearing is simulated and researched.Innovations of the test machine are as following: First, this system can simulate to the realism work state such as loading state, rotate speed and lubricate, which makes test results more exactly and credible. Second, besides the method of applying acceleration sensor in detecting the vibrancy of the test, friction torque sensor is also used in test which is more sensitive detecting fatigue crack, and makes the system diagnose fatigue more exactly. Third, wavelet analysis is used for data processing, which offers a new direction for catching original state timely and exactly.The tests indicate that the exploitation of experiment platform has important meaning to detect fatigue life of rolling bearing.
