With the sustained and rapid development of the economy in our country, thecapacity of railway transport can’t meet people’s demands. It is desperately needed toconstruction the special railway for passengers and separating from railway freight. Beca-use of the limit on the railway passenger construction technology, from the precast beamsfield to the bridging field, we should use tire special vehicles to transport the concrete boxgirder, the girder transporting vehicle was developed to meet this need.According to the problem that the speed control is not exact when the girdertransporting vehicle in the transport process,the main purpose of this paper is to maketheoretical analysis and simulation analysis, then complete the optimal design of the girdertransporting vehicle running transfer system. Basing on the above purposes, firstly,relating the transporting girder vehicle working condition and construction characteristics,for the purpose of the stability and reliability about the whole vehicle,this paper introducesthe overall arrangement of the transporting girder vehicle. It starts from the function thatthe transporting girder vehicle should achieve , analyzes the hydrostatic system dynamicscharacteristics, Calculates the resistance and power consumption of the hydrostatic systemunder different working conditions. Design and calculates the hydraulic drive system,hydraulic steering system, hydraulic cooling system, and other auxiliary hydraulic system.This paper mainly focus on the design and type-selection for the crucial components ofhydrostatic system, and then discusses the work principle about them.Secondly, this paper mainly makes a research for the speed control of the hydraulicdrive system, on the basis of theoretical analysis, determines the speed control scheme.Just as mentioned above ,we make use of the AMESim software to establish thesimulation model of the heavy transporting girder vehicle hydraulic drive system , test andverify the speed control scheme of the walking hydraulic drive system. According torotational speed sensing control method establish relevant power match simulation model,as the simulation results showing, this control method can finish the transporting girdervehicle’s power matching problem in the process of speed well, and effectively increases the energy saving effect of the transporting girder vehicle.At last, according to the speed control’s inaccurate problem, build basing on motorspeed control’s closed-loop control system。Then, we use the MATLAB software designthe conventional PID and fuzzy PID controller, use the MATLAB and AMESim softwareto make a co-simulation about the hydraulic drive system, The simulation results showthat the conventional PID can according to the specific system parameters complete themotor speed’s control , but at different speed control targets ,the response isn’t very ideal.Comparatively speaking, the fuzzy PID can complete the PID parameters on-line settingunder different control targets. Finally, the simulation results show that the latter control isbetter than the former.
