With the development of our economic, the carry capacity of the passenger increased fastly. For that, the construction plan of the special line for passenger is proposed and has been implementation in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. For the requirement of double-line concrete girder transport and overlaying for domestic passenger dedicated line, the elector-hydraulic control system for 900t transporting girder vehicle has been researched and developed. Optimum design of electro-hydraulic proportional control system is done for the transporting girder vehicle based on the test.Aiming at the characteristics an, the electro-hydraulic control system of transporting girder vehicle is obtained by the experiments.The basic functions and features is introduced, which can cooperate with three kinds of bridge machine for the passenger dedicated line to complete corresponding works.The operations of drive, steering, suspension, and kickstand of girder transport vehicle are driven by electro-hydraulic proportional control system, which is important for the manipuility, stability,and safety of girder transport vehicle. The electro-hydraulic proportional control system is designed based on the functions, features, and structure design. The problems as tyre speed difference, tyre driving force difference, and the matching of engine in the course of driving girder transport vehicle have been discussed. The steering system, the suspension system and the outrigger hydraulic system has been designed. Based on the problem in the test, Optimum design of electro-hydraulic proportional control system is done for the transporting girder vehicle.On the basis of the theory of mechanical-hydraulic power match system, an electro-hydraulic proportional power match system is developed. The suspension grouping for spanning, the rupture protection valve and the outrigger hydraulic system is also developed.The simulation model of the hydraulic drive system has been fond with the help of AMESim. Pressure response of different control velocity of pump and the Velocity response of different gradient is obtained from the simulation.Comparison and analysis of the test data and the result of simulation, the simulation model is right. And the result is benefit to improve the control capability of the transporting girder vehicle.
