Following the continuous and fast development of our economic, the gap between the carry capacity and the need is wider and wider, it is the most important to construct special line for passenger traffic, apart the passenger transport from freight. For the request and restrict of special line for passenger traffic construct technology, transporting the concrete box girder to span bridge local from prefabricate girder field must rely on special wheel type vehicle. Transporting girder vehicle is build to meet the need. Because of the long construction circuitry and little time, the transporting girder vehicle needed is more. Imported transporting girder vehicle is expensive and not meet the demand, inner corporation is short of the experience on design transporting girder vehicle, can not supply enough production to fulfill the need. Combining the practice, this paper studies the hydraulic drive system of 900t transporting girder vehicle, analyses the dynamics of drive system, calculate the resisting force and power consume under different situation; design the hydraulic drive system, research the control mode, advise the full electricity control project on EP; study the engine power control scheme and combining drive project on less energy consume; choose the main component of hydraulic drive system based on the mechanics calculation result; study on the force different and speed different in the drive system, advise a way to deal with the problem; found the hydraulic drive system simulation model of transporting girder vehicle with the help of AMESim software, by the way of computer simulation, study the transporting girder vehicle on traction performance, hydraulic system impulsion during upgrade and start, advise the way and parameter to deduce impulsion.
