Along with the hydraulic transmission technology at home and abroad is being usedmore and more widely, the development of hydraulic equipment and components is veryquickly. In this paper ,we designed a new principle hydraulic pump on the basis of. thecam rotor vane pump research and development. This pump is consist by one rotor andtwo stators and it achieved many pump synchronous working in one shell body. We putthe double stator pump theory on the cam rotor vane pump successfully, and formed thehydraulic pump with cam, rotor and double-stators after study.First of all,in this paper we introducted the structure and working principle of thepump in detail.It introducted the selection of the cam rotor transition curve and thereasonable geometric parameters and the design of the coupling blade.And weanalyzed.the instantaneous flow of the pump.We studied the superposition of theinstantaneous flow in eight different connection modes. As an example of the outsidepump,we discussed the two algorithms of the theoretical flow .And we derivation theuneven coefficient of flow.Then we put the pump on the 3D modeling through softwareSolidWorks.Secondly,we elaborated the determining principle of the transition curve,through theanalysis we knew the condition of the uniform instantaneous flow.When consider the vanethickness, through the mathematical calculus method we obtained the uniform conditionsof instantaneous flow which is because of the telescopic vane.Then we inspect theseltransition curve one by one. Through calculate the of derivative several transition curve,obtained when to meet the secondary deformation of the spring is zero.It studied thechanges of the transition curve’s radial acceleration.Then we analysis noise and its control of the pump. The force size of the besthydraulic top tight when the pump under pressure is being known by studying the force ofthe vane.We studied the changes of the instantaneous power and the pump shaft’sinstantaneous torque,and discussed the superposition of instantaneous torque when thevane is“coupling”.We obtained the position when the maximum instantaneous torque is on the shaft,and make statics simulation this state using ANSYS software.Finally, through the experimental research of the pump prototype,it paving the wayfor the better design of the stator cam pump.
