With the developed of hydraulic technology, more and more new types and advanced performances of hydraulic pumps were needed. In this paper, we present a special type of hydraulic motors which invented by Prof Wen desheng who is the professor of Yanshan University after many years of careful researches. The most advantage characteristic of this motor is that it consist by one rotor and two stators (one called external stator and the other called internal stator). In this case, more power mass ratio can be obtained than one single stator motor produced. As the motor has two stators and thus able to obtain two or more of the torque and speed. To use as a pump, a pump can be different at the same time as the pressure system of energy, so that you can save in a multi-system use of the number of pumps and motors.This article first rod roller pairs of the stator motor structure and working principle of a detailed introduction, and then the establishment of the motor with SolidWorks solid model and dynamic course of the campaign. Motion characteristics of the motor through the theoretical analysis, a roller connecting rod of the displacement, velocity, acceleration mathematical model, it analyzes the connecting rod roller pairs of the stator motor (Single and double role) of torque characteristics of the establishment of the transient torsional Moment mathematical model and its mathematical model has been simulated, obtained dual stator motor torque ripple laws.SolidWorks software, through the establishment of pairs of three-dimensional solid model of the motor stator, using ADAMS software to complete the physical model of motor; its physical model in MATLAB, simulation analysis and calculation, has been connecting rod roller motor parts corresponding simulation curves of velocity and acceleration . After the analysis of these simulation curves can be affected rod roller pairs of the stator motor kinematic factors. So as to design a more rational curves provide the basis for the stator.Through the experimental study of motor prototype for the future to improve the performance of dual-stator motor as a reference.
