This Paper Constructs a high-speed gas flow calibration experiment platform for thedevelopment of laboratory ultrasonic gas flowmeter to improve the efficiency of theultrasonic gas flowmeter developed.This paper analyzes the working principle of the gas flow calibration device, Comparingthe advantages and disadvantages of sonic nozzles and turbine flow meter gas flowcalibration device as a standard instrument, standard laboratory gas flow standard devicewhich combines the sonic nozzle and standard turbine gas meter methods is proposed inthis paper.The two methods have independent gas source, share the same set of dataacquisition system/s and control system/s. Compressor as the Supersonic nozzle gas sourcewhile high pressure centrifugal fan as the standard turbine gas flow meter method gassource. Using MATLAB Simulink tools to build a laboratory gas flow calibration devicegas source control system model and the gas source control system for open-loop control,PID control and fuzzy PID control simulation.The results show that the fuzzy PID controlin the three control methods to control the best. This paper does experimental studies forthe device. MATLAB simulation model built made an experimental study of the mean flowof15m/shigh-speed gas, Laboratory gas flow calibration platform made an experimentalstudy of the mean flow of3~15m/slow-speed gas. The results show that the devicemeets the expected design requirements.Laboratory gas flow calibration device not only played a sonic nozzle stability,reproducibility advantages, but also played a standard turbine flowmeter of high accuracy,wide range of advantages.Gas flow rate range is between3~30m/s.
