| With more and more attention of the ecological environmental protection oncampus, the main green building assessment system have launched its school editionat the beginning of this century, which play a vital role in guiding school builders paymore attention to the sustainable development in campus.However, China has not established its own green campus building evaluationstandard and design guidelines and therefore can’t judging the campus’ green levelcorrectly and reasonable. After the Wenchuan earthquake, a large number of schoolneed to rebuild, how to introduce green concept into the school reconstruction hasdrawn people deep thinking. In this background, this thesis made some research asfollow:In order to develop a green building evaluation standard specialize to the campus,I have fully researched on the evaluation criteria related first,including China’scurrent "green building evaluation standards"ã€"China’s green school guidance"ã€"Saving campus’ construction management and technical reports","Sichuan greenschool design guidelines of reconstruction", and several important green campusevaluation standard abroad such as CHPSã€LEED for Schoolã€BREEAM Educationã€CASBEE, etc. Secondly, research on the development status of our campus.Including campus planning status, energy utilization and resource use status andindoor environment quality status, etc.Then,based on the above theory and reality, I put forward some green campusdesign strategies on the basis of China’s national conditions, Including planning anddesign, saving energy and resources, and enhance the quality of indoor environmentand apply it into the use of computer-aided design of post-disaster reconstruction ofJuyuan primary School and Qionglai high School.Based on the study above, I have tried to build a new green campus assessmentstandard system. This system is based on the current green building evaluationstandard and with its evaluation method and Indicator system improved, includeapplied the comprehensive evaluation method of Performance-measures two-track system into the campus evaluation criteria and improve the corresponding indicatorsystem, makes the green campus buildings evaluation more pertinence and scientific.Finally, I have made use of the new green campus assessment standard inpost-disaster reconstruction campus of Libing high School and tried reveals itsadvantages in the number of indicators, specific, reasonable as well as evaluationresults through the comparison with current green building evaluation standard.Measured and questionnaire surveyed another post-disaster reconstruction campus ofDujiangyan Experimental School of Foreign Language to reveal the importance ofgreen campus evaluation standard in guiding the green construction of campus.In this thesis, the exploration of establish the green campus assessment standardis applied to regulate and guide the post-quake reconstruction of green campus, it alsohas some reference value in green campus building design and evaluation in thefuture. |
