Switched Reluctance Drive (SRD) is combined with the new motor structure, controltechnology and modern power electronics technology. The motor structure is simple, rugged, brushless and no commutator. The advantage of this motor includes excellent speed adjustingperformance, the control circuit is simple, flexible output characteristics change, highreliability and efficiency and able to adapt to the harsh environment. It is a higher cost ofvariable speed system. However, due to the nonlinear effects of the switched reluctancemotor-specific doubly salient structure and magnetic saturation, the torque of the motor is tocontain a certain harmonic pulsating torque. When the motor is running at low speed, thepresence of harmonics of its operating performance has a great influence. Power conversioncircuit output is irregular current pulses, which would lead to severe vibration noise andlow-speed torque ripple. In this paper, optimal control strategy reduces the torqueperformance of switched reluctance motor at low speed torque.Torque ripple of switched reluctance motor at low speed stage significantly affect itsapplication performance, this paper analyzes the torque characteristics of switched reluctancemotor, Direct Instantaneous Torque Control (DITC) strategy on this basis and with the currentcut wave control were compared, the results show that the direct instantaneous torque controlcan be achieved torque to minimize the control. Finally, this paper describes the experimental platform TMS320F2812DSP controller,The circuit used DSP TMS320F2812as core controller, including power converter, currentand position detection module and control circuit.t, the power conversion circuit, the currentdetection module, the voltage detection module, position, speed detection module and otherfunctions the auxiliary circuit, a detailed description of the programming ideas and the flowchart of the various program modules.
