Reinforced concrete box arch bridge in China built in the 60~90 in the last century,it has decades of history,The bridge is affected by the external load,the natural environment and other factors,in the use of the process will cause varying degrees of damage.This paper makes a systematic study on the strengthening of a reinforced concrete box arch bridge.First check the damage situation,according to the inspection results and the technical condition evaluation and numerical simulation to determine the reasonable reinforcement scheme,the implementation of reinforcement measures,then the load test of reinforced bridge,to determine the effectiveness of reinforcement scheme.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Through a large number of real bridge research and data collection summarizes the damage type of the reinforced concrete bridge,and analyzed the factors and damage mechanism and the impact on bridge structure;summarize the general reinforced concrete arch bridge reinforcement method and bearing capacity evaluation method,expounds the advantages and disadvantages and applicable method.2.In this paper,the reinforcement project of Huang Ping bridge is taken as the research background.Through the overall appearance inspection of the bridge,the disease condition of the bridge is understood and the damage factors are analyzed.According to the conclusion of evaluation,a variety of reinforcement schemes are developed,and the finite element calculation model is established.3.Evaluated the bearing capacity and work performance of strengthened reinforced concrete bridges,the first internal force is calculated by the finite element software,determine the test section of the static load test,and then select the load test of the bridge and the most unfavorable conditions,and through the finite element static load simulation,by comparing the measured and simulated values of static load and the bearing capacity and the working performance of the strengthened bridge were assessed to evaluate the effect of reinforcement.
