Solar energy as an emerging renewable energy,is concerned by the world becauseof its significant advantages.The research and development of Solar energy will makean important contribution to solve the energy crisis and environmental protection formankind.Photovoltaic power generation as one of the main way of photovoltaic solarapplication,has a broad development and application prospects.In recent years, domesticand foreign scholars do a lot of research on the various issues of the photovoltaic powergeneration and achieve a lot of achievements.But there is still much improvement roomin the photovoltaic maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control problem.Manycontrol methods can successfully track the maximum power point,but the effect is notideal enough in tracking speed,accuracy,etc.And some control methods due to thecomplexity of the algorithm makes it difficult to achieve in the actual control system.This paper mainly studies the maximum power point tracking control of thephotovoltaic power generation system.Maximum power point tracking control is one ofthe key issues for photovoltaic power generation system.It can substantially increase theefficiency of photovoltaic power generation system,reduce the cost of photovoltaicpower generation and improve resource utilization.Its research and development of veryimportant practical value and theoretical significance.In order to solve the existingmethods lack in the maximum power point tracking speed, precision, anti-interferenceability,tracking ability of the maximum power point under the new externalconditions.this paper presents a modified Zeta converter,designs a VSS controller torealize MPPT control.This method has many characteristics such as rapid trackingspeed,high precision,small overshoot,and strong anti-interference ability,etc.Accordingto the proposed method this paper establishs a Simulink model and simulate.Thesimulation results show that the proposed method has a good dynamic and steady statecharacteristics,can be well to complete the task of photovoltaic power generation systemMPPT control.To compare with improved Buck-Boost conversion circuit and variablestep incremental conductance method,The proposed Transformation circuit and controlmethod of this paper have significant improvement in rapidity,accuracy,robustness,andcapability of tracking the maximum power point tracking in newcondition.Finally,According to the proposed control method and the conversioncircuit,this paper designs and establishes a photovoltaic maximum power point tracking control experiment platform,which has a simple structure and easy to implement.Use itto experiment,experimental results proved the correctness and validity of the proposedmethod.
