Chongqing Historical And Cultural Towns Hongan Protection Planning Research

This paper based on the basis of the data obtained in the protection andconstruction process of HongAn’s historical culture famous town in Chongqing city.Through actual investigation and study method on historical cultural background andprotection problems, introduced of " Integrated conservation " concept and principle,put forward the special protection methods from three layers which is the overallenvironment, historic district, street building. At the same time, combined intangiblecultural heritage with non-intangible cultural heritage protection, proposed theprotection strategy. The paper is divided into5chapters：The first chapter: Introduction. The paper explains the research background andsignificance, domestic and foreign related research as well as the research content,method and frame.The second chapter: On the historical background of cognition, including the townof natural geographical environment, historical and ethnic composition. Summary ofthe value from three aspects of historical culture, tourism economy and urbanconstruction. Combined with current situation of HongAn, put forward several majorprotection problems, thus joined HongAn town protection of the necessity and urgency.The third chapter: Application of integrated conservation philosophy, determinedHong An town protection principle--the principle of integrity, authenticity principle,can identify principles, principles of sustainability. Put forward the special protectionmethods from three layers which is the overall environment, historic district, streetbuilding. Constructed of HongAn’s intangible cultural heritage protection frame system.At the same time, combined intangible cultural heritage with non-intangible culturalheritage protection, proposed the protection strategy.The fourth chapter: Track protection work.The first is to protect the transformationrelated institutions and protection transformation.Next, elaborated the implementationof job which elements of the implementation of conservation planning，which changedthe protection planning.On the implementation and change the implementation effectevaluation，on subsequent protection suggestions，to ensure the effectiveness of theimplementation of the protection planning.The fifth chapter: Conclusion and Prospect.
