At present,central heating in northern China often has a high user-design temperature,low thermal efficiency,and high energy consumption in the entire heating system.Some users have high indoor temperatures and need to open windows to cool down,resulting in waste of energy.The concept of energy saving and emission reduction is constantly proposed,and optimizing and adopting a reasonable heating system is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,the energy consumption analysis of different heating systems and the research on energy-saving renovation will help to theoretically support the centralized heating of the preferred cities and formulate scientific and reasonable heating reform measures.In order to comprehensively and systematically analyze energy consumption,a complete comprehensive evaluation system should be established first.This paper cuts through the theory of social evaluation and technical economic evaluation.Taking a certain district of Shenyang as an example,the comprehensive evaluation system of operational energy consumption evaluation system and central heating system is constructed by analytic hierarchy process.The comprehensive evaluation results of the heating system show that the comprehensive evaluation value of the water source heat pump system is larger than that of the municipal external network centralized heating system.Therefore,the water source heat pump system can be used to carry out energy-saving renovation of the community.It can be seen from the evaluation weights involved in the running energy consumption that the operating energy consumption is particularly affected by the two factors of circulating pump efficiency and heat source efficiency.In addition,the heat source evaluation results can theoretically support the supply of energy consumption in the heating system.The energy consumption analysis model was established by using De ST software.Taking a certain district in Shenyang as an example,the energy consumption of the building was simulated.According to the simulation results of the building dynamic energy consumption,the thermal load index of the building heating design is higher than the heat consumption index of the building,which means Buildings have potential for energy savings and indicate that dynamic energy calculations should be used to calculate building heat loads where conditions permit.Furthermore,the water source heat pump heating system after the transformation was analyzed by TRNSYS simulation software.The results show that the heat source is the main influencing factor of the energy consumption of the heating system in the whole central heating system.At the same time,the conclusions from the energy consumption simulation analysis also prove that the operational energy consumption assessment and the central heating system evaluation have certain reliability.According to the above analysis,the water source heat pump system in the energy-saving retrofit of a certain district in Shenyang has energy-saving potential.At the same time,in theenergy-saving renovation of the central heating system,attention should be paid to the comprehensive energy conservation of the building.Since the heat source is the most energy-saving part of the heating system,the cycle Pump efficiency and heat source efficiency are important factors in energy consumption.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the heat source configuration to promote the efficiency of heat source and the efficiency of circulating water pump operation,and fully exploit the energy saving potential of the system.
