Technical And Economical Analysis On Reform For Energy-saving In Central Heating System Of Xinjiang Medical University

In recent years,the construction of Urumqi City has developed quickly,which promotes greatly the central heating cause.So far,there are 44 central heating enterprises,3 thermoelectricity cogeneration projects,large coal-fired district heating projects and thermoelectricity cogeneration projects totaled 51,central heating area reached 46.59 million m2,which occupied 62.1% of the total heating area.To meet the heating demands continuously,we will construct some large-size central heating stations,and at the same time we shall enlarge heating scale and areas of old heating station that have abilities to reform,which is very importan for the rapid development of central heating cause in our city.This paper will analysis some problems about central heating and energy sources,utility through the reform project of Xinjiang Medical University central heating system in Xinjiang district.This paper is based on the principle of central heating and current central heating system energy consumption situation of our country.Firstly it introduces the actuality of central heating system and the existing problems of Xinjiang Medical University,and puts forward the precept of the energy saving construction and also analyzes and optimizes the precept.It estimates the overall investment of the construction according the scheme and makes initiative appraise of its economical,social and environmental benefit.In result, it proves every items of the benefit are enormous.Secondly, basically on the economic analysis and cost estimates of the energy-saving construction of the current heating system,using the basic principle and method of modern item financing and investment,it analyzes the correlative investment and financing of the project of current energy saving construction in Xinjiang Medical University.Finally,it concludes that the energy saving construction is beneficial in improving the living and working environment of resident,and it also can bring long-term and enormous benefit.
