| With the safety, comfort requirements continue to increase, new power steeringelectric power steering system (EPS System) technology is increasingly becoming one ofthe world’s car technology research hotspot, this low-power, safe and comfortable,environmentally friendly emerging technologies automotive steering technology willbecome the next trend.The quality of vehicle handling and stability have a certain influence not only for thecomfort of the driver, but also an important guarantee for security of the process ofmoving car, so we often make the vehicle handling and stability as an important safedriving performance.The article investigated the electric power steering system influence on vehiclehandling and stability, and on this basis, the EPS system model and two degrees offreedom vehicle model were established, the specific work done as follows:By modeling the process model equations deduced yaw rate gain, yaw rate transferfunction of the steering wheel angle, yaw rate gain, respectively, using the EPS system, thetime domain response, frequency domain and transient response, steady-state responseanalysis and simulation, defects in EPS systems for installation into people-car closedsystem model, and the use of MATLAB software validation feedback into advantages.Interference effects on vehicle handling and stability of the paper, we consider theaerodynamics of the air force on the EPS side effects of vehicle handling and stability, theimpact on the steady-state response of the wind pressure center, auto quality, and synthesisof these four factors were wind speed simulation, I did a little improvement of the centerfor the adverse effects of pressure, and initial validation of the feasibility.Finally, using MATLAB’s GUIDE software automotive EPS systems simulation userinterface design, the paper details the design concept and design methods, the entire GUIuser interface basically meet the paper system simulation operating requirements; brief RTW code conversion tools and SIMULINK module C-export process, as later in the loopsimulation hardware ready. |
