The Energy is an important power source for sustainable development of nationaleconomy. With the rapid development of our country s economic construction, currentenergy supply situation is increasingly tense, which must be fully carry out the work ofenergy conservation and emissions reduction. As the high energy consumptionequipment, accurate and effective industrial boilers efficiency test is of greatsignificance for further work of energy conservation and emissions reduction.In order to ensure the reliability of industrial boilers efficiency test results, therelevant methods of industrial boilers efficiency test are studied in this paper, and applythe uncertainty analysis method to the efficiency test, build a uncertainty analysismodule for industrial boilers efficiency test. According to analyzing the examples ofinput–output and energy balance methods uncertainty analysis results in industrialboilers efficiency test, summarize the main factors that affect the uncertainty of thesetesting methods, provide a theoretical basis for ways of improving the reliability ofindustrial boiler efficiency test s results. Due to the industrial boiler brief test has beenputted forward by "Energy Efficiency Test and Evaluation Regulation for IndustrialBoiler, this paper analyze the influence of the parameter values selection in theindustrial boiler brief test, Through study the brief test method and an examplecomputing, sum up the regular pattern of these influences in different testing situation.At last, the industrial boiler efficiency test calculation methods and the theoreticalmodel of uncertainty analyze which obtained by analyzing are programmed to achieveon the.Net Framework platform, develop the industrial boilers efficiency evaluationsystems, and basing on the practical needs, adding the evaluation function of industrialboiler efficiency and assisting in outputting test reports. This system could effectivelyimprove the work efficiency of the test agency, reduce the impact of the test results dueto personal factors, and provide targeted recommendations based on the actual operationsituation of industrial boilers for the boiler end-user to improving. The system issuitable for the practical operation.
