With the rapid development of economic society and the improvement of people’s living standards, but also influenced by the country to adjust the energy structure and strengthening environmental protection, the proportion of fuel gas boiler has increased. However, coal-fired industrial boilers industrial boilers still accounted for about80%of industrial boilers, while the efficiency of coal-fired industrial boiler is low, the actual operating efficiency is only about65%,the energy waste is serious, every year about60000000tons of coal waste. Industrial boiler is an important thermal power equipment, widely used in many fields, chemical, textile, metallurgical machinery, has become the main source of people’s production and life. So, improving the efficiency of industrial boiler and optimizing the efficiency is very necessary.Firstly, the paper enumerates two kinds of boiler efficiency calculation model, because the two models are needed for coal elemental analysis component and testing it needs a long time, so we determine a efficiency calculation model that needs not coal elemental component but needs low calorific value and industrial analysis component.Secondly, we establish efficiency optimization system based on DEB(direct energy balance)signal, the system regards heat signal as the feedback signal of fuel with oxygen correction air supply, uses Newton algorithm for optimizing the efficiency, and get the best oxygen value finally.Finally, the energy efficiency and optimal operation analysis system is built, the system uses Visual Basic6.0as the development platform, which includes real-time acquisition software, efficiency on-line monitoring software and efficiency optimization based on DEB signal. Real-time acquisition software uses MSComm control for serial communication with lower position machine, acquires data from lower position machine, store data in real-time acquisition database, provides data support for the running of efficiency on-line monitoring software, it can also set parameters such as upper range, lower range and sends parameters to the lower position machine through serial port, so after the lower position machine receives the command, it will send processed data to the real-time acquisition database; Efficiency on-line monitoring software can display running parameters of steam flow, exhaust gas temperature and calculate positive efficiency and anti-efficiency of industrial boiler, so as to calculate the technical indicators of economic operation, that is, according to the specified value given by literature, we determine efficiency rating and then combine it with exhaust gas temperature, slag combustible content, excess air coefficient of smoke place calculating the technical indicators of economic operation of industrial boiler. Finally, we use the efficiency optimization system based on DEB(direct energy balance)signal to optimize the efficiency, obtain the optimal value of efficiency and oxygen level of smoke place. Through off-line test and simulation, the development system meets the monitoring of daily operation and optimization of efficiency of pulverized coal boiler.
