Tilt-Rotor aircraft has three flight modes, which are respectively helicopter mode, conversionmode and airplane mode. Besides, different flight modes have different control variables. All thesehave brought many troubles for designing the flight control system of Tilt-Rotor aircraft. In thisresearch, the author has designed a flight control system which can be applied in different flightmodes, on the basis of dynamical inversion and Neural Network. In the testing and validating of flightcontrol systems, Real-Time simulation experiment is of great significance. Currently used Real-Timesimulation systems have such problems as low commonality, long period of software and hardwaredesigning, low efficiency in exploring, etc. In this thesis, the author has designed a flight controlReal-Time simulation system, based on dSPACE Real-Time system. With the help of Simulink/RTW,this system can efficiently accomplish the whole process, from system modeling to Real-Time codegeneration, then to Real-Time simulation.To begin with, the thesis has established the dynamics equation of the Tilt-Rotor aircraft, andanalyzed the aerodynamic force and torque of the rotor and different parts of airframe. What’s more,the thesis has made linearized analysis of different flight modes, and discussed the necessity of theflight control system designing.Secondly, the author has designed a flight control system which can be applied in different flightmodes, based on dynamical inversion and Neural Network, and introduced the structure and eachcomponent’s function.Later, this thesis has proposed a dSPACE-based Real-Time simulation system, and introducedthe structure composition, realization method of hardware and software, as well as the softwaredesigning method for corresponding target, and way of data communication between targets, etc.Meanwhile, the thesis has conducted a Real-Time validation using two typical flight tasks.Results from the experiment show that, the flight control system can control the Tilt-Rotor aircraftsuccessfully. Meanwhile, dSPACE-based Real-Time simulation system can take full advantage of thecurrently established flight control models, and automatically generate the Real-Time code for thetarget environment. Also, it can realize the seamless connection with MATLAB/Simulink. And this isvery appropriate for the development of flight control system.
