With the rapid development of transportation and more and more families have cars, all kinds ofautomobile driver training task is very heavy, more driver training schools are needed in largenumbers and the tasks of the trainers becomes increasingly heavy. Traffic accidents happened intraining should not overlook in the transposition accidents. In order to reduce traffic accident and thebrought economic losses and person casualties, the control for safety auxiliary systems ofdriver-training vehicle is studed in this paper, it has great significance and value engineering.In this paper, the reasons and rules of accidents are researched through statistical analysis ofdriver training schools and the traffic accident of the driver-training vehicle, the controllable factorscaused by the driver-training vehicle are controlled by electronic control methods, in order to improveactive safety performance of driver-training vehicle.First, control implementation is researched based on structure of a vehicle, driving operationaction, the working principle and notice of common parts of vehicles, and so on, including StartingControl programmer, Deputy Braking priority, control programmer and Automatic Control of SpeedAutomatic Control programmer. The design of clutch in the accelerator is a prior consideration forDeputy Braking Systems and Automatic Control of Speed.Second, MC9S08DZ60is selected as the controller chip and its working circuit is given. Thesignal processing circuits of sensors and the drive circuits of actuators are both designed. Theinterference sources and their transport paths are studied. The hardware anti-interference measures areadopted and the hardware development of ECU is completed. Regarding to the proposed controlstrategy, the modularization design method is introduced into the software design. Some softwareanti-interference measures are also taken. After that, the design of the software is completed.Last, the ECU Simulation experiments are accomplished. To validate the working performanceof the designed ECU, BJ2020VJ is used for real vehicle experiment. The designed ECU can workreliably with strong anti-interference ability, and the results show that all function modules of thedesigned ECU can reach the desired functions.Safety auxiliary system of driver-training vehicle can be applied in the current model of thedriver-training vehicle. The system installed in the driver-training vehicle, its security system will bemore perfect and its active safety performance will be improved. It will provide a security for learnersand coaches.
