Electric driver-training car is a electric car which use the motor replaced theengine. It removes the engine and fuel tank and add the motor and battery, but itretains the traditional car’s chassis and body. Study on electric driver-training car,the main contents are as follows:Firstly,this article discusses the development and tendency of electric cars athome and broad. Then the summary this article research background and practicalvalue. It introduces and preliminarily studies on several different kinds of electricvehicle. Several of the main components of electric vehicles are introduced andresearched.Secondly,this article designs the control systerm of the electric driver-trainingcar.the hardware contains the main controller circuit, power management circuit,motor drive circuit, signal adjust circuit etc.The sofeware contains the main controlprogram, the motor commutation logic control, CAN bus communication etcThirdly, this article builts the BLDC model,and then it analyses the phasecurrent, the back EMF and commutation torque ripple by the MATLAB/SIMULINK.Speed loop ant colony PID model of Brushless DC motor speed control system isbuilt. Dynamic response characteristic and steady-state characteristic of this model isanalysed by the MATLAB/SIMULINK.Finally, dynamical model of the car is built by the ADVISOR2002,and then itanalyses the maximum speed, acceleration, braking distance etc under the differentworking conditions.
